We are an established company of 25 years benefiting from a loyal team of transcribers and client following. We have provided services to market research organisations, commercial companies, scientific organisations, medical services, legal firms, universities, museums, political parties and voluntary agencies.  We understand the operating environments of these organisations, appreciate the critical role that information plays for these bodies and work alongside them to ensure our expertise of their markets continues to grow. Most of our work is done for customers based in the UK, but we have also supported organisations in Europe and North America.

Our Team

Our team of 20 professional and experienced transcribers have particular strengths in areas requiring specific technical knowledge and professional vocabulary and conventions such as medicine, law and science. Transcribers are briefed on customer’s transcription needs and given access to a wide range of industry specific material so that they have the knowledge to produce high quality and accurate transcripts.

Quality Management

Quality management is the key to our success.  This is ensured by careful selection and training of transcribers, the commitment and experience of our transcribers, our business processes, and our technical toolset and platform. The Director, Monica Colvin is personally accountable to the customer for all aspects of a project and verifies the completed product before it is returned to the customer. Monica is always available to respond with any queries from her clients.
